Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
- First check to ensure that the apartment is available. You can see the availability on the Rates/Availability page.
- Contact us with the dates you would like to book and we'll confirm the availability by sending a reply email with the full booking form. The apartment will then be reserved for you for a week.
- You then need to send the booking form and deposit payment to us. Once we have received them and all is in order, your reservation will be confirmed by email.
How do I pay?
Payment will be made by cheque. When you request a booking, details will be sent explaining who to make the cheque payable to and where to send it.
Are your rates per person?
Our rental rates cover the entire apartment on a per week basis.
What is our cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges are at 50% between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation charges are at 100% less than 30 days prior to arrival.
What are the check in and check out times?
These are flexible and can be arranged prior to arrival.
Is a car required?
A car is recommended for this holiday. There is a bus service that runs 3-4 times a day from Mandria village centre to Paphos, but to truely discover the island of Cyprus, driving is the way to go. Driving in Cyprus is the same as the UK, driving on the left and there are plenty of car hire companies located at the airports. For the best price, always surf around ;) and at peak holiday times it is advisable to book your car hire before you arrive.
Are towels and linen provided?
Towels and linen are provided. Beach towels are also provided to take down to the pool and beaches, just remember to bring them back to the apartment afterwards!
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
This is a no smoking apartment but an ashtray is provided for use outside on the balcony.
